Introducing classic German bread to tables across the Lower Mainland. We make naturally leavened hand-shaped loaves, baked in small batches. Available at farmers markets, independent grocers, and wherever else we can get our foot in the door.

Old-timey goodness
All our bread is naturally leavened with wild yeast, and contains no preservatives or dough improvers. The texture and taste of our loaves change as they age. It's a good thing.
Patience, grasshopper
Good bread requires quality ingredients, but many overlook the ingredient of time. Our doughs are built slowly, and fermented patiently, to develop an unmistakable complexity of flavour.
